About Dr. Rohan
Dr. Rohan graduated from Charles University Medical School in Prague, Czech Republic in 2005. After first working at the Institute of Clinical and Experimental Medicine as a postgraduate trainee in cardiology, she moved to the Unites States. She then completed her residency in Internal Medicine at New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital with elective training at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in Manhattan. Dr Rohan pursued further postgraduate training in arrhythmia research after receiving an appointment at Johns Hopkins University. Upon completion she relocated to Central New York to pursue a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at SUNY Upstate Medical University. Since completing her fellowship in 2014 she has proudly served the Upstate New York Community while working as an attending cardiologist at Guthrie Cortland Medical Center and most recently at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse.
Dr Rohan has extensive experience in preventative cardiology and management of chronic cardiac conditions including coronary disease, valvular disease, congestive heart failure and cardiac arrhythmias. In addition to her board certification in Cardiovascular disease, Dr. Rohan is board certified in Internal medicine, Nuclear cardiology and Echocardiography.
